There has been an ongoing debate over whether or not complaining in person is better than in writing. Many people, perhaps most, are against this stance that complaining in writing is good than in person. However, others may assume that people can have good results by visiting rather than sending e-mails. I agree with the latter position.
First of all, visiting in person when they solve the problem is very helpful. People can solve the problem right away. Also, people can have good results because the problem are is not likely to misunderstand.
For example, when I am was 13-year-old, I had experience when that I sent an e-mail about the malfunction of my appliance, the company did not read my intention of the complaint , and misunderstood that the problem is responsible for me rather than the company's fault. (이유 제시의 설득력이 많이 부족하지 않나 하는 생각이 들어요. 그 회사가 오해를 했다. 끝!! 뭔가 아쉬운...) Complaining in person can prevent misunderstanding. And, a famous Korea company SAMSUNG always shows the best example. When they decide to company's problems, when the company faces the company's problems, Samsung always tries to find good solutions with talking and debating have meeting by talking and debating in order to prevent the misunderstanding. It is evidently shows shown that complaining in person is better.
But, even the assumption above is very plausible, people who disapprove my idea may argue that complaining in writing is better. (내 의견에 반대하는 사람들, 쉽게 가요. people against my idea)If we encounter people in person, we can obtain not control anger and irritation. Because people must be revealed show their emotions, face to face. (reveal 은 어떤 비밀을 밝힌다거나 할때 쓰이고, 감정 표출에는 쓰이지는 않는 편이에요. )I tatally concede this. Yet, I still an emphasis emphasize on my idea because there is one more important matter to consider.
If we visit the site the business place of the company, we can get good results from of the problems. Most people who work the company must be thinking requiring in person are a lot of influence to workers.( 이 문장은 이해가 안가요) Last year, I suffered took two differences in person and in writing . I am was very surprised that the company is absolutely different about the treatment of problems coping with problems. (suffer 이 경험하다는 뜻으로 우리가 외우는데요, suffer은 거의 아픈 고통을 겪다나 무언가 악화되었을때 쓰거든요. )
To be specific, when I visited in person, the problem is was settled right away. But, When I sent an e-mail, even the problem are was not settled(confirmed) for a week.
To sum up, though everyone may hold a different position on this issue, I am in favor of the idea that complaining in person is better to people who want to solutions. | |
나름 열심히 썼는데, 크리틱을 했더니...난도질 되어있을때...그 절망감은 말도 못해요.
근데 계속 하다보면 괜찮아지거든요. 에이미님께 권해드리고 싶은것이 글을 많이 읽어보셨으면 해요.
이런 에세이 형식의 글들 말이죠.
오늘은 과거형인데, 현재형인 것도, 단,복수 도 그렇고 아쉬운 점이 넘 많았어요. ㅠ.ㅠ
