There is nothing for free. Nothing is free of charge / There is no such thing as free lunch. To gain something, we must pay for it. =>>이건 결론에 쓰는게 더 어울릴것같아요. Recently, a company has announced that it wants to build a large factory near my community. I totally agree with their its choice, because of the progress of our community's idustry will make and the profits from the company.
Firstly, there will be a great industrial advance in our communty due to the new factory. Many experts and employees will be crowded to our neighborhood, so commecial profits and activation of sociedy are also expected. Futhermore, increase of the community's popularity itself is will be a huge strong point of our community.
Secondly, the company will pay for the permission to our community in various ways. For example, they can give us a greenzone for the people worrying about the air pollution cause by the factory, and kindergarden for employees who have children. Surely, we must require these things to the company, and we can. If there are more things we can gain than we would lose by making a decision, lost, isn't it natural that we choose it? It is matter of how we can get from the company to take supplementary actions.
Consequently, in my opinion, there's there are more benefits than downsides weakness in building factory. Nonetheless some inconveniences are exists, we can handle it overcome them by trial and error our trials to develop our community. And most of trivial demerits weakness are covered by the strong benefits above.
