▶ Your Answer :
It is of great importance for all ones to make a good friend in their life. For this purpose, people have their own preference when they want to be friends (단수/복수) with someone who has each significant character such as (철자 오류) intelligence, great humor or reliability. If I had to choose one, I would say that I want to make a funny friend. There are several reasons and examples as follows.
First and foremost, humorous friends enable me to feel happy. To be specific, when people laugh a lot, they can reduce their stress and thus they can feel pleasant. This makes me to meet my friend to see frequently to be happy. For example, when I was a high school student, I was so stressed out because of entrance exam for university. At that time, one of my friends, Michael helped me to relieve my stress. Since he wanted to be a great comedian, he used to practice his performance in front of me. By doing this, I could smile thanks to him and thus I was able to focus more on my studying. Fortunately, I successfully entered succeeded to enter the university I wanted. If I had not had a such a funny friend, I would not have entered the university due to the much stress.
On the other hand, intelligent friends would not render me joyful. Of course, they might be helpful to teach difficult math question, but they could be a little arrogant because of their intelligence. This could lead to breaking up the relationship between the friend and me. For instance, when I was in a graduate school for my master degree, my classmates were (주어 동사 불일치) so smart that they tended to ignore some students when they thought their intelligence was superior to other students. In my case, when I asked one of classmates some simple questions about my major, physics, he looked at me like I am stupid and then I felt so inferior to him and embarrassed. This experience reminds me that I would not like to have a such smart friend.
In sum up, I am firmly for the opinion I have mention above given that its advantages far outweigh its disadvantages. In this regard, the importance of my view cannot be underestimated in relationship. |
