▶ Your Answer : Without doubt, Living healthily is more important than anything else in life. Some people think that enough sleep and positive attitude make people live healthily. However, in my opinion, the best way to get healthier is having exercise on regular basis. There are several reasons and examples as follows.
To begin with, Exercising regularly improves immune system. That is, when people have exercise every day, human body secretes positive enzyme called 'secramento'. This chemical substances improves people's defense system. For example, when I was high school student, I used to catch a cold easily. Although, I usually slept for 7-8 hours a day and tried have positive attitude in daily life, In fact, they could not make the situation better. One day, I was recommended by a doctor to work out regularly. so that I have better immune system. As per his suggestion, I did it every morning before going to school. As a result, I have never caught a cold until I graduated high school. Without regular exercise, I would have been sick and adversely affected to my school life.
On top of that, Working out regularly helps maintain good mental health. What I mean is that, regular exercise facilitates secretion of Serotonin. This serotonin prevents depression and anxiety. For instance, a research was conducted by US medical institute to determine if exercise could affect mental health. There were two group monitored. The first group was formed of people who does exercise for an hour every day. The other group consisted of people who hardly work out. Researcher compared the outcome and recorded that the second group gets more stress in a daily life and suffers from insomnia, depression.
In a nutshell, I firmly believe regular exercise is the best way to be healthier due to the reasons that I mentioned above. |
