benefits besides their salary. People tend to prefer different types of
benefits because of several reasons. To begin with, I prefer to get additional
time for me. With this additional time, I would do something I want, or I would
use my time with my family or friends. It is important that some extra time for
workers can increase productivities a lot. One of my friends, for example, he
really likes to play the piano. He used to play the piano three times a week,
but he could not do it since he got a job. Unfortuately, he could not get rid
of his stress with regard to his work place. Eventually, he quit a job. If he
had some additional time to play the piano, maybe he could control his stress
more effectively, his productivity was not decreased. In addition, I think that flexible work schedules
are one of the best options for employees. People have different preferred time
to work. I prefer to work on evening rather that morning time. When I worked at
the company, for instance, all employees at the company were allowed to get flexible
working schedules. I prefer to work on evening rather that morning time, as
such I can tune my work schedules to work on evening. It was very helpful to
work hard, also it elevarated my productivity. If I cannot reschedule my
working time, productivity was not high. Finally, friendly work environments are
great choice for workers. It is obvious that people can make great results when
they do it with bright moods. Gloomy and daunted atmosphere would raise a
possibility to make mistakes. And of course, a good atmosphere to work would reduce
employee’s stress derived from tasks, eventually, it would increase
productivity. This can lead company to grow their sake. All of these options are good for both
workers and companies. These three elements are essential part of happy employees.
Happy workers make a company more lucrative. I hope to find a job that offers
me those benefits to me.
