▶ Your Answer : There are some
people who believe that in the past young people enjoyed their life with
analogue culture. It might be true in some way because people must have felt
stable and happy by caring for their family members or close friends. However, in my opinion, people today have a
better life than ones in the past. There are several reasons about it. First and foremost, people living in
modern world can get lots of information quite easily through the Internet, well-organized
communities and doing so would enable them to make a better decision whenever
they need to choose one among several options. For example, my father had no
enough information to select his major when he was young but to just choose the
biology following his high school teacher. Nonetheless, after graduating the
college, he did not want to move forward with his major and tried to study
alone to be a lawyer. On the other hand, I was able to get lots of information
along with the trustworthy online portals and attending many University
conferences when I had to choose my major. As a result, I thought of some
possible options very carefully, thereby selecting this optimized one which made
me happy and continuing to study enthusiastically. On top of that, we, as ones who live in
this developed world, can use pretty convenient transportation. As most people
feel, we see that the skill and technology of transportation have been being
developed as time goes by. Needless to say, this remarkable growth of traveling
has made people’s limitation lower and lower. You might have read the book named ‘Around the
world in 80 days’. In those days, people should have not imagined how fast we
are traveling all over the globe these days. However, we have been observed
that many kinds of transportation such like high-speed train and Euro tunnel has
been changed the life pattern significantly. If we did not have this high-tech
traveling methods, we would maintain very narrow one-day life zone. In conclusion, some may seem like modern
life is not as good as the time our parents enjoyed. However, based on the idea
related to abundant information and efficient transportation methods, we can
logically conclude that modern life is superior than the life when our patients
were young. This is because many people try to develop technology in order to
make our life better and better. |
