▶ Your Answer : Exercise is a important factor in life, because it makes us healthy and refresh. So excercise is crucial for everyone without reference to age. But, I personally think the elderly need exercise more than young people do. Some people say 'Take care of the health in young age', however, It is outdated advice as I think. Let me explain why I think this way. Frist, The older you get, the worse your health get. When we get older and older, our body will have trouble living in many ways. The function of the cell will have higher chances of broken. So, We need to exercise on a daily basis in old age to stay healthy. For example, I will talk about my grandfather's story. My grandfather like climbing, so he went to mountain on every sunday. He always stay healthy, and never had any disease. In the contrast, My grandfather's friend didn't like climbing, he always stay at home. When he often got serious disease, and he overcome the disese, he decided that I have to exercise with my friends. And then, he get healthy life too. Second, The younger no need to exercise by doing their daily life. The younger work everyday, meet their freinds, play sports. It is exercise to just live at their daily routine. But, the elder tend to stay only their home while watching TV, reading books. They lack the amount of exercising, lead to deterimental disease. For these reason, I think elder people need to more exercise than young people. |
