In modern society, people can argue about any problems with text message or telephone although disputant is far from them. Therefore it is great worth to discuss whether it is better to discuss upsetting problem with others, using e-mail than using telephone or voice messages. Some people might think that arguing with telephone or voice message is best for them to express their emotion and opinion, but I think text message or e-mail are better than telephone to argue about upsetting problems. In this essay, I will dearly show and develop what I think and why I think this way.
First of all, voice message or telephone which transmits people’s voice tone directly to other people could make disputant (to) feel bad about people’s arguing behavior. Generally speaking, when people get upset or angry about some problem, they could easily lose their temper and sometimes scream about the argument. This natural behavior can make disputant (to) feel bad and might make him lose his temper too. Here is my personal experience to illustrate the point. My MP3 player got broken just after several days after I made purchase. I was upset about the situation and called the customer service center to argue about the problem. However, I could not get any ant refund or guarantee since I was so upset that I didn’t explain specific situation but just scream on the phone at the service man men. He got upset too and didn’t make any solution to my problem. Secondly, I can deliver my point logically/in order/ in organize manner with text message or e-mail. In general, when people argue about some problems, they can easily be upset and angry so they would not organize their points and just speak spoke away how they feel about the problem. However, with the text message or e-mail, people can think twice of their thought and deliver their thought in organized manner which is more appealing to the disputant. Here is a trustworthy research to clarify the topic. According to the KRI, the most famous research institution in Korea, 70 percent of people are said that they can organize their thought very well when they write down it on a paper. In conclusion, I think it is better for people to argue about upsetting problem with text message or e-mail. It is not only because argument in voice call could make unnecessary controversy controversial in impolite manner but it is also because that the text message or e-mail can help people (to) organize their thought and point and explain it systematically. Therefore I think the best way for people to argue about upsetting problem is to use text or e-mail.
