As far as I am concerned, I definitely disagree with the main point that it is better choice for teenagers to have a job while they are still in charge of studying. Because, teenagers should only focus on their work when they are in school. In addition, having a job with studying in school will hamper students from concentrating on school life. Based on these points, I will list my opinion as follow.
To begin with, I believe that the main purpose of what students should do is to focus on their own work of studying in schools. Teenage years is the time for students to prepare and develop their ability to adapt themselves to the social life in the future. It is kinds of insurance because students can expect better achievements by preparing the future's works. If one fail to notice an importance of education in this time, he or she will loss much more valuable things such as entering good universities and having a fascinating job in the future.
Secondly, it disturbs students from making the most of the time of studying when they are in schools. Because, when one combine both studying and working, they feel tired and drowsy while they take classes. To illustrate, I will give my experience. When I was 16, I had to work with studying in school. Because at that time, my father required to experience working hoping that I could realize the difficulty of society. In this circumstance, though even just for one moth, I was suffered by the double torture. My work was delivering newspapers, so I had to get up at 3:00 in the morning. While I was working, physical hardship afflicted me. While I was studying in school, sleepiness was the problem. It was really inefficient for my study.
To sum up, I insist that teenagers in studying should focus on only their work. Because by doing both work and study, it will hampers student's will and efficiency for study. Also, we can strengthen the foundation for success in the future by only concentrating on study. For these reasons, I agree with the main point. |
