It is often said that different co-workers have different personality and a good co-worker needs to have some abilities of cooperating with others. Some people may be opposed to this statement because there are many kinds of people in the world and most of the co-workers should have all equal conditions of having a good relationship with their colleagues. However, I strongly support the idea of a good leader must have a good qualification to develop the company for two main reasons : to work cooperatively with others and to change optimistically with office atmosphere. act optimistically.
To being with, we meet many kinds of people in company everyday. If we don't have a good relationship with co-workers, we don't won't be so happy in working for the company. This is mainly because we can't live by ourselves without others. For example, my brother joined a Samsung company after he graduated from university. He wanted to be excellent in the company, so he didn't realize what how his co-workers think of him. My brother go to work in the first and leave the office late. He didn't talk to his colleagues because he thought that he didn't have time to talk to them His boss recognized to his situation and he advised to my brother about how to be a good relations with others. Usually, my brother thought that good relationship wasn't isn't important in for him. Finally, he didn't have any close co-workers and he didn't enjoy his job. Thus, I believe that cooperative person in the company makes the office happy and comfortable.
In addition, a good co-worker must have to act optimistically in the company. One significant reason is that many employee have much tasks everyday and they feel easily exhausted and was irritated. For instance, my father usually feel so tired in the office because of much work. Sometimes, he speaks loudly to his co-workers that he have has nice relationship. His co-workers are disappointed to my father's acting and they don't want to be on the friendly terms. My mom told him that it is not good way and my father started to change to his attitude. Studies have indicated that it is likely that optimistic person is increases the probability of success in society. In this sense, thinking positively is a main caused reason of becoming good co-workers.
In conclusion, I think that cooperative working and optimistic attitude in society is essential factors for successful business. As I mentioned above, some important traits of co-workers will change the office atmosphere and will help us to easily accomplish our goals. |
