There are some arguements whether people have to work for one company for their entire life or not. It also means that the company have to provide lifetime employment. It is now controvercial in some points and social issue that the enterprenuers have to give their employees longtime job. However, I think it is not a good idea to hire someone for their entire life. there are some reasons why I agree that working for one company is unrealistic.
To begin with, working for the same company decrease productivety. Many studies show that the working same place and same field make people tardious. Therefore it causes low productivity. It is not good for the company, but each emplyee. For example, my sister have worked for a local hospital as a nerse for ten years. At first, she was quite satisfied with the job and the atmosphere. However, she got fed up with the job after a while later and started to dislike working for a hospital. She found out that she is more interested in teaching than working at hospital. Finally, she quit the job at hospitol and started to work at local school. Now, she works at an elementry school as a teacher and really satisfied with her current job. If she had to work for the hospital forever, her life would be miserable at the end.
On top of that, having experience from a veriety of companies help people get many valuable abilities. We have wide range of option when we choose our jobs and it make us improved. For example I have worked for a local pet shop. It is so interesting job and I found out I am interested in animals. Before I worked there I did not know what I want to be. However, even if it was part time job for a quite short time, I could find my calling. As a result, I decided to be a veterinarian, and I entered a university majoring veterinary medicine. I have never thought about this kind of job before, but I think I got very valueable experience form the period I worked.
For these reasons, I believe that the lifetime employment is not beneficail for company and employee as well. People have rights to choose thier job. Although the stability of working for one company is appealing, it prevents employees from truly growing in their professional lives.
