In today's world, it is rising a big concern related to the situation that the number of older people
is growing quite quickly. They are not able to have a job by their health problem, and their
children may have a burden to care about their old and weak parents. In this sense, today's society
has became to focus on satisfaction of older people's lives. Only if older people feel happier and
keep healthy, this society's life quality will be also raised. In my perspective, physical exercise is the best way to maintain both mental and physical healths for
the older.
To begin with, it is clear that physical exercise is indispensable for people's health. Particularly,
as people get older, activities of their bodies get hamstrung. Even though it is quite natural
tandancy, people should try to maintain their health for delightful life. Take my family's example. My grandmother is eighty two years old now. Since she did not want to do
any vigorous activity from her legs did not work well, all my family members realized her weakness
and worried about her health. When her doctor suggested her to go hiking for her legs will get
better, she decided to follow that. After three months, she is getting better and can feel happiness.
My family do not need to have any concern about my grandmother's health any longer.
In addition, when people get older and lose thier jobs by their weakness, they have a huge amount of
free time. In korea, most old people who are over sixty's get together in Noinjung which is a meeting
hall in korea, and they just talk and play games for their free time in all day. According to recent
released report by korea national research center, two third of over sixty's do not satisfy their
life and feel lonely. It indicates that older's dipression is becoming big problem of this society,
because it may also affect their children's life quality. Experts advice for the older to exercise
regularily. It will be helpful for having new relationship with people and enhancing their
interpersonal skills as well as getting benefits for their healths.
In summary, as today's technology is developing, people can live longer than twenty years ago. It is
becoming more important to care about the older's health for today's life quality. Since physical
exercise is a pivoral role in keeping the older's health, the older should execute physical exercise
for their daily life.

작년 6월부터 올해 4월까지 15번 시험 봤는데 Writing은 항상 24점이에요.
