Some people say that people should get information from different news sources in order to get well-informed. I diagree that different news sources make people get well-informed. First, different opinions from different sources are confusing. Second, deep understanding is impossible without having enough time for one source. (First ~~ Second ~~도 좋지만 접속사를 이용해주는것도 좋습니다)
Most of all, people easily get confused when they read articles which have different opinions. Some people may say that it is helpful when you have diverse views for on problems. However, it is true that different opinion makes people get confused. I traveled some countries in Africa a few months ago. Indeed I was almost shocked that a large number people were suffering from starvation and AIDS. Health and education systems were poorly developed. Naturally, poverty and diseases were passed on to children from their parents. In fact, I had heard about hardship of poor countries but never thought about the reasons. So Therefore(문장 시작할땐 so보다 therefore가 좋습니다)I logged on to the Interent and read some articles. Articles were saying different stories. Some articles blamed rich countries for not providing enough aid to poor countires. Others decried civil wars among ethnic group in Afican countries. As a result I was not sure what was wrong with African countries and got more confused. This prove These prove that different opinions from different sources is are not very helpful.

Furthermore, when you want to understand something deeply, you have to spend a substantial amount of time on that. Varied sources may helpful for you. Nevertheless, if you focus on one source, it makes you to have a confident of your knowledge. When I was at college, I wrote a paper for on global warming. Since it was first time to write a paper, I searched every single sources such as news, radio, and books. Unfortunatly, it lead led me to miss all important details because I had no time all the sources to read cafully.to read all the sources thoroughly. Also I was not able to understand deeply about global warming. This demonstrates that spending more time on one source are is very useful when you need to deeply understanding understand about something.
In conclusion, I disagree that people shoud get information from different news sources in oder to get well-informed for the reasons that those I have mentioned above. First, People get confused when they access to sources that have different opinions. Second, if you want to understand something deeply, you have to focus on only one source. |
