As more people have been aware of their health gradually (gradually에는 진행형을 써야 어울립니다) they have been doing many various things for their health.(:As people are gradually being more and more aware of their health, they are doing various things for their fitness.) Besides, health is the most important thing we have. I also find many interesting ways to keep my precious tressure my body healthy on the internet and do them.
Exercise is good to care my health everyday. I either walk or ride my bike everyday. It is true that exercise is the most basic behaviour for health because it sucks all chemical toxins and prevents various diseases by activating blood circulation well. Even exercise is even (even을 문장 앞에 쓰면 심지어 운동도 ~에 좋다 이렇게 되요) good to improve physical ability as well as appearance. And I can feel that my muscles are growing via stretching and releasing process, and I can be looked nice by being well-built or losing weight.
I also have intake nutrient foods for keeping healthy. Vitamin and protein prevent skin from getting worn down. In addition, they help digestion and metabolism in our body. As wellBesides, eating nutrient food is the most straightforward way to keep our healthy without risk in comparison to other ways to stay healthy so I enjoy eating a fresh nutrient nutritious vegetables or meat all the time when I have a meal.
To stay healthy, I spend my leisure time with having a rest and talking to my friends for staying healthy too. I usually get stressed at school by big or small problems that happen in my study or the other things and reserve get my stress all the time so I sometimes need enough time to have a meditation or have a conversation with friends. 마지막에 이러한 활동들은 mental health 에 큰 도움이 된다. 는 문장만 보태시면 좋겠어요^^
By eating healthfully, exercising, and spending time with my friends, I can keep both my mind and body healthy. Fortunately, I do have been doing all these things constantly for long time so I am a very healthy person. (꾸준히 해왔다 ~ 니깐 현재완료 진행형)
