You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy?이구요

Starting a business brings excitements, pleasant challenges, and high expectations. It's undoubtfully an ideal chance for all the employees to get out of their routinized life and basically start a whole new one. Yet they must realize the comforts they are getting from the basic needs provided that are nonetheless taken for granted. At any time, people need a solid foundation on which they can relax and feel comfortable. The first thing I would do if I had enough money for such big decisions, is to buy a house.
People need a place where they can feel secured. For some, it could be their school and for others, their working places, but for most people, it would be their houses. It's easy to hear people grumbling after a big trip saying no place is as good as their home. When I returned from a short vacation in Paris last summer, I felt exhausted and was so glad to be back home even though I enjoyed everything in Paris. Whatever people do, whether it's a new business or a new school, they need a place for relaxation, a place they can recharge their energy. Having a firm background not only guarantees a better effeciency at work but also helps their mental health.
Another reason I prefer buying a house is that it's a safe investment. Unlike starting a new business which entails enormous risks, buying a house does not involve any unexpected variables. Once bought, it is legally recognized as yours and there is no change in its worth that could threaten you, except for small ups and downs in its market value which does not harm you unless you plan to sell it.
Purchasing a house and opening a new business are both such big deals that need much considerations. However, it's really questionable if a business can actually succeed when its owner is struggling with fulfilling his basic needs, worried about his monthly or annual rents and house values. I believe that before making significant changes in life, the first thing one must check is that he or she has a robust background they can rely on no matter what happens. Therefore, I strongly suggest putting a house on the top of the list.
