These days people have a lot of things to resolve, study and consider. People have different ways to alleviate their stress and fatigue. Some people used to read the books and other people prefer to climb a mountain. As far as I am concerned, I have two ways to refresh my mind when I have a problem such as slump.
To begin with, I prefer to travel in other cities. Sometimes I go other cities close to my country and first visit museum to see a lot of things relevant to city's custom and tradition. Because there are usuers who explain a myriad of traits of that city such as history and delicious food, I can learn many knowledge. Although you are a stranger there, don't be afraid. That's because there are many people who don't mind helping visitors who don't know at all. To take a personal experience, I always enjoyed myself to the fullest by eating something special which I can't hardly eat in my country although I visited there for the first time.
On top of that, I used to go to theater to see comic movies or serious movies. I feel better when I see my favorite comic movie star. When I watch serious movies such as war movie, I think about social or political issues. For example, when I saw movie which associated with jew's slaughter, I felt a sense of illness. I thought that it was so cruel and unfair that people were killed by other people. This experience shows that a movie gives us opportunity to speculate about serious problems.
To sum up, I think that traveling in other cities and watching movies serve as a strees reliever. As you can see, we can get a lot of information ,memorable experience and time to meditate on some issues. Without the slightest hesitation I recommend that you take a break by traveling and watching movies.
