Being happy with a job is more important than having a high salary. Without a doubt, having a job is an important part of our lives. Thus. some people think that being happy with a job is more significant than earning a high salary, while other people think differently. Both sides may have their own reasons to support their views, If I have to choose one, I would say that having a high pay is more better than getting joy with a career. There are several reasons and examples as follows. First of all, the ultimate purpose of the work is to earn money not to be happy. Also, not all people work for a joy. Moreover, If someone who work for happy does not get a enough pay, the person would not feel pleasant genuinely. For example, when my friend and I was a worker. I worked for a high revenue, whereas my friend worked for a joy. Although my friend started my job to be happy her enthusiasm became cooler as she got a low pay. As a result, the quitted the work and sought for another company that will give her more money However, I did not feel pleasant at first. But I could labor my tasks consistently due to my high salary and I thought that money is not unnecessary. On top of that, there are many things that make people happy, except for a job. People can feel happy from them when they finish their works or when they take a rest in the weekend. Also, being happy with a job is not a requisite factor and more opportunities we can experience will increase as we earn as possible. Researchers performed a study with workers. Half of them got a high pay but they did not feel happy much. But the other half got a low profit but could feel happy fairly. The result, In general, was that the workers who got a high salary experience persistent delight than whose who gain a low salary. Also, the subjects included said that they could try and experience a lot of exciting activities in their break seasons due to their stable revenues. In brief, I firmly believe that the advantages of high salary far outweigh its disadvantages for the reason I have mentioned before. All in all, earning a good revenue cannot be underestimated in choosing a job. |
