People have many different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer.
A large number of people who live in modern life have much stress because of their jobs or noisy bosses or terribly difficult exam. Stress which occurs because of those reasons can be very harmful to our health. So we have to relieve our stress. Although many people have their own ways to escape their stress, I will introduce my methods to reduce my stress.
The most efficient way to get rid of the stress is to sleep. Sleeping gives our bodies opportunity to rest. Most of our stress comes to our body because of tiredness. So we can feel refresh when we relax our body. Sleeping also makes us to forget bad things even in short time. Avoiding bad things is not very good behavior, but sometimes relaxing our minds can give us new hopes. Let me take my experiment to example. One year ago, I went to the winter camp and I met many new friends there. When the time that we had to return to each hometowns came, I felt very sad. However, after I slept over in a bus, I could feel better.
Another method to relieve the stress is exercising. Exercising reduces bad materials through sweat. So we can feel that our bodies become healthier. And image to take shower after exercising. This refreshment will blow our stress away. For example, when I am tired and get much stress, I always go out to play basketball. After I play basketball, I never feel tired or annoyed. So I can start to study with a new mind. While we are reducing our stress with exercising, we can make ourselves healthy. This is like catching two birds with one stone.
Until now, I wrote about my ways to reduce the stress. First is sleeping and the other one is exercising. There is other ways to relieve the stress such as reading books or listening to music. But I think those methods(sleeping and exercising) are the most efficient because these can be done easily by everyone. So I recommend those ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life.
