Teachers should be paid according to how well students perform. |
Some people say that teachers should be paid regardless their students’ academic performance. They insist that education can not be compare with things that just pursue interesting. However I strongly insist that teachers should be paid according to how well students perform for two reasons. First, teachers are required to enhance their teaching abilities. Second, teachers can attain a sense of accomplishment and challenge. I will detail it. Most importantly, teachers will try to promote their methods of teaching or knowledge. Obviously, countless teachers have been doing best to teach their students in these days. However, some of teachers are focusing on affecting to their students without great lecture. In fact, the first things which we need to do is not love but good eaching. Let’s take my school years for instance. As I was a high school students, there was my homeroom teacher is very kind and intimate. However, in contrast with his friendly attitude, his instruction consists of not significant and very poor materials because he did not prepare. On the other hands, after the Next, it is possible for teachers to have achievement and a sense of challenge. Truly, some teachers feel rewarding by doing lecture. Nonetheless, other teachers have had complains in that all teachers receive the same salary. Indeed, they should be paid relative to their ability. If were not for difference of the wages, they do not think their ability whether it is good or not. However, if they would receive a positive bonus owing to increasing students’ grades, they feel a great deal of achievement. In addition, a growing number of candidates can apply to teachers’ application test. Naturally, classes received students become too much invaluable. This shows that teachers can have a lot of motivation and rewarding To sum up, I agree that teachers should be paid according to students’ grades for the reasons that I have mentioned above. First, teachers are forced to promote their teaching abilities. Second, teachers can have not only achievement but motivation. |
