Through history we have seen that technology has enabled people to be better connected for there to be more openness, more rapid communications between individuals that has always been a force for social good. Plus, as this newly coined revolution proceeds, we, human-being has already reached a point when life without science is unimaginable, the same way we regard computers and cell phones now. Today, science has become so comprehensive that it can be divided into several large parts and here is one having a lot to do with our life; rob-otology.
To begin with, robotic technology has changed the way we all live. From working in an assembly line to acting as a vital part of a machine part, robots are now inseparable from our life. Moreover, in the 21st century robots had a transformation from industrial sorts of robot to personal robot. What is a personal robot? In assistance, Hubo, Companion and Comrade who are almost emotionally equivalent to human-beings, and they can do some useful but not particularly complex things like vacuum the floor, working in an assembly line and walk and talk a little. Yet the industry field is in infancy, robots are going to grow, develop new skills and surprise us with their dexterity. Furthermore many experts expect that in twenty or thirty years time we will see robots much more in the presence of human-being than they are currently. What happens if we use that science type of technology inside the human body? It is the ultimate synthesis of man and machine. I think we are putting more and more robotic technology inside us like robotic joints, replacement limbs, a lot of people now over thousands have direct neuron connection into their brain so that they can heal, and researchers are using that science-tech to open the direct communication between the brain and computers. One of the breakthroughs in neuron science is that we can happen up those signals and we get many complex electrical impulses from those neurons yet we cannot read our the signals and by some not to complex mathematical techniques we can put them back together in a way we can interpret what the brain is trying to do. |
