Nowdays, people have varying ideas over whether complaining in writing is better than complaining in person. Some people might disagree with this statement because the letter allows customer who has a complaint for it to have quick settlemnet. However, I'm in favor of that writing for complain of poor product because it not only is more convenient and time-efficient way but also makes people to more logical complain.
To begin with, sending a letter is more convenient for people to complain of their problem. In general, if costomer go to see a manager, for it, will waste of time so much on the road even sometimes may can't meet a manager. To illustrate my personal experience, actually I bought a computer 1years ago, but it had brake down after 3 months later. Of course, I wrote a complaint about my problem in the web-site of computer service center and they sent to me a one of the expert of it. He spent only 1hour to repair my P.C so easrily. If I went to the center for handle it, it cause waste of time. As an example I metioned, complaining by writing can give brith not only saving time but also convenience.
In addition, if people with the complain write a letter about poor service of product, they can collect their emotion. To put it again, they can collect their emotion by write a complain, so naturally it will be more logical. Even though some say that it is not necessarily true, I have following a result. A survey recently released from H.S.S that is one of the most famous reserch institute in JAPAN, it explains that only 35.2percent of complaining in person had accepted because there were a lot of conflict between costomer and manager. In constast, surprisingly 89.1percent of complaning with a latter or internet hompage had accepted. This is mainly because the letter's complaining has more logical grounds. As an examples shows above, it is obvious that as complaing by writing helps people to collect their emotion and logical, it can give birth to high rated acceptance of the complation.
To summarize what I said until now on, I firmly believe that if when costomer has complain about low quality of product or service at bad remains a compaint on on-line hompage of service center. The company will resopond about it very quickly. So it will give brith to saving time with conveience and more high possibilty of acceptance. All things considerd, there'no question in my mind that no one can deny this benefits by complaning in writing. |
