In my school days, there were two types of students according to their life styles: those who studied hard during the days and those who studied well at night. Of course, it is true that studying at night has benefits on our studying circumstances by providing tranquil and silent places because others were all sleeping at night. In my case, however, it suits me well to start the work or study early in the morning.
To begin with, there are a lot of things which make me get away from the working. I especially sleep a lot compared to my friends, so it is hard to concentrate on my study at night. Due to the sleepness, I would always doze off while doing my homework. To illustrate, I did not study after 11 O'clok even I was facing the important examination because I knew myself well that awaking at night negatively affect on my next day's activity. Besides, I feel scared after the sunset. I totally afraid of ghost, so I think over and over about the scary things while I am doing my work.
Second, I think people can be more active during the days. Before the invention of the light bulb, people were working on the days and sleeping at night. It is normal to live accoring to the movement of the sun. In my opinion, it is the common lifestyle of people because from the very early ages, people are adapted on this bio rythem. It also is the basic life style of the present humans although they can live regardless of the sunlights. Moreover, by sleeping at night I can recharge myself and get back to the daily life next morning, so it is jmportant to sleep well. But if I sleep in the morning, I cannot sleep well because of the lightness of the sky because I am totally sensitive in the darkness. So it ruins my whole daily or weekly life rythem and I cannot do my work effectively.
In conclusion, I would rather working in the morning than at night. I cannot not only concentrate on my work thinking about scary things or feeling sleepy at night, but also it is natural for human to work with the time of 9 to 5 due to the adaptation from the predominators and sleeping itself is helpful to recharge myself. |
