▶ Your Answer : There might be some people disagree with that large manufacturing plants that produce a lot of pollutants shoud be required to pay environments taxes because it is not fair of paying taxes. However I personally disagree with the idea above for two sequent reasons. One of the reasons being is that it costs to clean up the pollutions and onther reason is that they need to reward people who are damaged with pollutions by paying more taxes. To begin with, we need to clean the pollutions for the environments. To be specific, it costs a tremendous amount to clean them. Energy, water, workers and technical skills are needed. For instance, Samsung which is a company that produces a lot of pollutants is paying pollution-tax for environmental cleanup. They are annually paying over 10 thousands dollars actually and the goverment make an effort to clean up the pollutants by their taxes. With the states above, it clearly shows that it is necessary to require them to pay environments taxes. Another reason why large manufacturing plants that produce a lot of pollutants should be required to pay environments taxes is that people need a rewarding about their physical and psychology damage. Large manufacturing plants create a variety of problems. There are noise pollution and environmental pollution. They are completely related to people who live near the factory. According to a survey done by 41D Institute of Education, people who live near the factory demand damage compensation. When large manufacturing plants produce many pollutants, they have to take more taxes for into consideration. In conclusion, requring to pay environments to pay environments taxes is a best way in my opinion. As mentioned above, large manufacturing palnts that produce a lot of pollutions have to consider not only cleaning up pollutions but rewarding people who are damaged by them. With the given reasons combined, this is the reason why I agree with large manufacturing plants that produce a lot of pollutants should be required to pay environments taxes. |
