Thus, it is crucial factor for modern individuals to find ways to relax truly. A large number of people might say that managing stress level or playing sports with others is the best way to refresh themselves. Contrary to popular belief, I firmly believe that eating good food would help me to restore energy. As better health conditions can be achieved and talking with others on table lead to develop relationship with others, it is safe to argue that eating good foods is the best way to relax. First of all, I can restore health by eating food which I want. It is obvious fact that gaining nutrient is vital for every people. In many cases, lack of them cause not only health problem, but also depression. Therefore, it is important to obtain essential nutrients through eating food. It powers people to achieve other goals better, which is the primary purpose of relaxing. For instance, there was a research conducted by Korean Science Academy. According to this research, there was a huge difference between two groups of students. Students in group A were allowed to eat foods which they want on Saturday, while students in group B did not. After few weeks, the result was observed that students in group A performed better in their schoolworks. Also, they show much more satisfaction with their life, as well. This example implies that eating good foods for relaxing develop individuals’ ability. In addition, better relation with others can be achieved by eating foods with others. Many people prefer to eat food with others when they need break. During lunch or dinner, they talk a lot about their lifes. By this, we can feel that we are not alone, and refresh themselves. Also, it leads them to clear their mind and change their point of view when they are in trouble. For example, I always eat delicious food as dinner with my friends on Sunday. Many times we talk about each one’s problem on their research and life. By this, I could build intimate relationship with them, and they always help me when I have troubles. I sometimes find answers to problem which I faced on research between our talking, too. This shows that eating nice foods with friends allows me to relax well. In conclusion, I strongly contends that eating good food is the best way to relieve my stress and relax. I admire that the way to refresh themselves could be different between each others rely on their perspectives. However, finding personal ways to resolve problems cannot be underestimated to live in modern society. |
