Some people might contend that it's difficult for teachers to be both famous and effective in learning students at the same time. However, teachers can be easily both well liked and good at teaching for two following reasons.
First of all, teachers who teach students effectively can become easily famous. In school, students want to be smarter and get higher grade in school. Even though a teacher who has proficient teaching skill was not kind and generous to students, students will respect and follow the teacher. Let me bring up with my personal experience in high school. There was a chemical teacher who was notorious with both his personality and good teaching skills. He was so strict that he always punished students who were late in his class without any flexibility. In his first class, I was sick and had to be absent, but he punished me without exception. After then I did not like him. During the semester, he taught Chemicals logically for me to understand it very easily. With his lectures, Chemicals which was one of my hate subjects became interesting. Finally, I can get the highest score in the final exam. Even though I did not like him much first, I changed my mind and trusted him due to his good teaching skills.
Also, famous teachers are tend to teach students effectively. Teachers want to make students to be proficient in their major. At first, they might be famous because of their appearance, but they will endeavor to find good teaching skills to be famous in the long term. In my high school, there is a teacher who is so handsome that students who attend in the other schools went here to see him. Moreover, I can see some pictures of him taken by fervent students in Facebook. After then, he tried to upload a lot of activities in Facebook, such as diverse methods which was not covered in his lecture and clips with good lectures. He utilized the social network service to turn students' interest from him to studying. It was really efficient, and he became much more famous teacher.
In a nutshell, there is a strong relativeness in prominence and good teaching skills. If students like to learn knowledge from the teacher, teacher can become famous and try to find more efficient ways to teach them. It is like the question of which came first, the chicken or the egg. |
