<11/12_Agree/disagree: It is important for older people to study or learn new things>
Undoubtedly, study plays a significant role in our lives where we work or we play. Some people think that it is very important to even older people to study for their life, while others do not. If I were asked to choose one, I would say that we should not stop learning regardless of our age. There are several reasons as follows.
To begin with, if people continuously study it contributes to improve their overall happiness. It gives more chances to old people to experience some thing that they had not done when they were young. Studying continuously what they would like to do is more likely to prevent old people from feeling bored in their life. For example, my grand father often get depressed after he retired from his company which he devoted for more than 30 years feeling her life became exhausted routine. As his son and daughter had to leave Korea and stay in foreign country for their work, my grand father lived alone and there were few people he could rely on. Fortunately, he could overcome this in a safe way by joining dancing club. Actually, his dream was being a dancer, even though he had to forgive up in his 30s for their families. After joined the dance club, he could make a lot of friends who are in a similar position like him and no longer feel any loneliness. Without learning dancing, he would still have been depressed.
All things considered, I strongly believe that people should find something interesting to learn even when they are old and its advantages are far out weigh those of that doing not thing for the reasons I have mentioned above.
