재채점 신청 해놓고 뷰오더에 주문표시 않되서 답답해서 ETS 한테 메일 보냈는데요. 이거 그사람들이 알아들을 수있게 쓴건지 모르겠네요. 문법도 틀린부분 있는것 같은데 좀 봐주세요
Hello, I am a TOEFL test taker. I faxed a iBT rescoring request form at 1-610-290-8972 yesterday, but I couldn't find the order I made for the rescoring on my iBT account. I am not sure whether you received it, and it seemed like the person who sent the form for me faxed the document at least three times without writing 'DUPLICATE' on it the second and third time, so I am afraid that I might be charged twice or three times the amount of money. The bottom line is that I want to get my order to be processed as quickly as possible, and please check whether I was charged unnecessary amount of money and if so, fix the problem for me. If I sent the email to the wrong person, please forward this mail to those who are responsible for dealing with it. Thank you.
