"People will create jobs of the future, not simply train for them, and technology is already central. It will undoubtedly play a greater role in the years ahead,” declared Jonathan Grudin, principal researcher at Microsoft. As Grudin stated, the future is changing rapidly and nobody can foresee exactly how the world will be like. The job market has always been unstable due to dynamic social conditions. Honestly, assuming from the recent years of job market scenes, getting the career that one desires will indeed get more competitive.

Furthermore, because of the aging society, professions that can save humanity from the increasing rate of populations on earth will be in need. As a university student living in South Korea, I’ve been experiencing changes in my life. When entering a self-service store, I can only hear the sound of ice-cream machines operating. Going back ten years ago, not a lot of public imagined robots replacing human careers. However, it is now commonly seen everywhere here in Korea. The digital world is powerful because it has incommensurable information people can consume, but it’s ever more prominent to recollect the fact that we are human and no matter how the future job market will transform, it depends on each of us to determine the future that we want to establish.
